Terms of Service

Effective July 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Ask The Gaffer website, waitlist, and coaching product (the “Service”), operated by Bryan Fossi. By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Using the Service

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
You own the coaching content you enter (teams, players, notes, plans). You grant us the limited right to store and process it to operate the Service, including sending it to our AI provider to generate responses.
You are responsible for the data you record about others (for example players or recruits) and for having any consent required to do so — especially for minors.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:

Use it for anything unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive.
Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content without our permission.
Submit content that infringes others’ rights or violates any law.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.

AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate coaching suggestions, plans, and analysis. This output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. It is guidance, not professional, medical, or legal advice — use your own judgment as the coach, and don’t rely on it for player safety or health decisions.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is under active development and pre-launch features may change or be withdrawn.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ask The Gaffer and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.
