About the Creator

That's a lot of seasons, and a lot of late nights. Like most coaches, I don't have a full-time staff or an analytics budget. I've got a roster, a philosophy, two or three sessions a week, and the same 24 hours as everyone else. For years my prep happened at 11pm: building sessions by hand, turning what was in my head into something my players could actually run, and scribbling scouting notes I never had time to write up properly.

Generic AI didn't help — it doesn't know my team, so it hands you a drill that fits nobody. The big video platforms are built for budgets and time I don't have. So I built the assistant I actually wanted: one that already knows my roster, my players, and how I want to play, and turns that into session plans, match prep, and scouting reports in minutes.

That's Ask The Gaffer. It isn't a data platform and it isn't trying to replace your eyes — it's the prep partner that clears the busywork so you can spend your time coaching. I built it for coaches like me, because I am one.
