4v4v4 Transition Possession

Three teams of 4 plus 4 neutrals on the outside. Two teams compete; the third rests. Team in possession uses outside neutrals. When they lose it, the team that won it becomes possession team and the previous possession team becomes defenders. Light intensity — the point is decision-making, not running.

• Use the neutrals — they're free, they exist for a reason
• Transition moment: the second you lose it, your job changes immediately
• Keep the ball moving; standing on it is a bad habit we're not starting here

• Neutrals restricted to one touch only
• Team must play through a neutral before switching sides
