Rondo 4v1

Two groups of five. Four on the outside of a small square, one in the middle trying to win the ball. If the middle player wins it or it goes out, the player who lost it goes in the middle.

• Move off the ball — give the player on the ball an easy option
• First touch away from pressure, not into it
• The one in the middle works hard for a few seconds, not forever — stay sharp

• Move to 4v2 — two defenders in the middle
• Limit outside players to two touches
