Possession Game — 8v8 with End Zones

Two teams of 8 keep possession. Score a point by completing 5 consecutive passes or by playing a teammate into an end zone and they control it. Rotate 4 players as neutrals who always play with the ball team. Outfield only — GKs work with GK coach separately.

• Third-man runs: if two players combine, a third should already be moving.
• Play forward when it's on; recycle only when forward options are closed.
• Winning the ball means nothing if you give it back in three seconds — transition immediately into a shape.

• Remove neutrals to make it a true 8v8 and force players to create their own width.
• Add a pressing rule: after losing the ball, team has 5 seconds to win it back or concede a point.
