Coaching points
- Move the ball before the press arrives — not after
- Defenders: cut angles, don't just chase
- Receivers: show a target hand, give the passer an option
Progressions
- Reduce to 5v2 to sharpen decision-making
- Add a directional rule — must play through a gate on the edge to score a point
