Low-pressure shooting gallery: players collect passes from a server and finish on goal in sequence — ground shots, volleys, chips. Keep lines short, repetitions high, and the goalkeeper rotates so no one stands in goal the whole time. Light heart to it; clapping encouraged.

• Goalkeepers: work your angles, no excuses on the easy ones
