GK Distribution Warm — Goalkeeper Hands and Feet

Both keepers work simultaneously at each end. Alternate between rolling distribution to a cone target at 20 yards, throwing to a cone at 30 yards, and driven passes along the ground with both feet.

• Kicking: standing foot beside the ball, not behind it — Aiden, we're fixing this now
• Leo: pick your target before the ball's in your hands — positioning off the line to match
• Weight and accuracy first; pace will follow

• Add a mannequin or cone gate as a target to thread passes through
• Introduce a receiving player who calls for the ball late to mimic match pressure
