Finishing Flow — Low Intensity Shooting

Three feeders at the edge of the area. Players take turns receiving a feed and finishing. Three types: driven low, half-volley, and one-touch redirect. Both GKs rotate in. No defenders. Pure technical repetition — get clean contacts, build confidence. 3–4 shots per player per cycle, two cycles.

• Andre: placement not power — pick your spot and hit it, the keeper does the rest
• Joel: your movement getting to the ball is already good; now make the contact clean
• Keepers: work your angles — position before the shot, not after

• Add a passive pressure player who closes from 5 yards — shooter must deal with the body pressure
• Feed from a wide position to simulate a cutback finish rather than a straight feed
