Passing Carousel

Five cones in a star pattern, players rotate around the outside passing to the next cone and following their pass. Two balls running simultaneously so the tempo stays up without any single player working hard. Light touch, clean passes.

• Crisp pass — not lofted, not dragged — right to feet
• Move after you pass; be where you're needed before the ball gets there
• Talk — every pass has a name on it

• Add a third ball — demands concentration, not effort
• Call out a player's name before passing to them — everyone must be listening
