Set-up

Two teams of four play to score by dribbling into the opponent's end zone. One player rotates out each game as floating defender. Short games of four minutes, rotate rosters so every pairing plays together.

Coaching points

Drive at defenders — Kason Mentzer, use that pace in these tight spaces
When you win it back, go forward immediately; transition is the point
No coach interference during the game — figure it out

Progressions

Add a mini-target goal at each end so players must combine to finish
Introduce a pressing trigger: ball to end zone = all-out press from the conceding team
