8v8 plus two floating GKs on full-size goals. Let them play. Coach observes and takes notes. Only intervene for safety or complete tactical chaos. This is their time to compete freely at the end of a two-a-day.

• Watch attacking third movement — who makes runs when we have the ball?
• Note defensive shape without coaching — who organises, who switches off?
• Encourage competitiveness but keep the tone calm and positive

• Introduce a 'must-score-with-a-header' bonus rule to encourage delivery into the box
• Add a directional transition rule: score within six seconds of winning it and it counts double
