Set-up
Three stations rotating every 7 minutes: (1) 1v1 vs GK from different angles, (2) driven low cut-back — striker attacks near post, (3) crossing and heading — wide player serves, striker attacks the ball. Both GKs work throughout.
Coaching points
- Striker: disguise your finish — GK reads your eyes, not just your foot
- Cut-back timing: near-post run drags defender, striker arrives late to the cut-back
- Heading: attack the ball, eyes open as late as possible
Progressions
- Add a passive then active CB in the 1v1 and heading stations
- Link stations: one sequence that ends in a cut-back must start with a successful 1v1 on the dribble
